Fruits are filled with nutrients and enzymes that can keep your brain active and they do not dehydrate your body like coffee. If you are feeling tired and lethargic you can put on some great music that you prefer and you will find yourself dancing and grooving to those numbers. Many people listen to morning radio or they make their own playlist that they listen to before they head to office. You can also listen to your favorite music in your car or on your smartphone while you are commuting.

We all have a biological clock ticking inside us, so use that to your advantage. You can make sure that you wake up at the same time every day and you will see that after few days or weeks your body has adjusted to it and you will no longer feel tired when you wake up at that time.
